I have a very dear freind that has had a daughter & ex-wife missing since Sept. 19 05 .My freind @ father of child name is Gordon (Buster) Guffy. He is a fellow car enthouists just as you & I .His ex wife Phyllis Guffy ,now know as Phyliss Harless just prior to being wed to her new husband Douglas Allen Harless they own a business here in Searcy Ar. known as EXTREME CONCEPTS (auto paint & body supply store ) Either husband or wife has not been at this business conducting normal business practices for aprox 3 months. Local law enforemnet is doing there very best to find these indivials , among freinds family ,process servers , PI`S it has resulted to a dead end street. The daughter that is missing ba is Halie GUffy which was last seen with mother Phyllis (Guffy) Harless & new husband Dougals Allen Harless . As time passed on from the work of law officials exct. exct. we have retreived information on this individial that is is posted on AMERICA`S MOST WANTED website in conjuction with the murder of his own new born child .Please visit their website search by last name enter Kathie Harless you will find this guys wife there she is captured & in Ky state pen. Please view photo of Doug Harless pictured in green shirt. Ourselves along with law enforcement have very good reason Doug & Phyliss Harless are on the run in the state of Texas. There is a pick up warrant in the state of Arkansas for Phyliss Harless & daughet Halie Guffy. We have very good reason to believe they are in the Fort Worth Dallas area. These people will most likely be seen in a 2000 Ford 150 ext cab red in color with Arkansas license plate or rear bumper only .We are in the process of getting this aired on local Arkansas television channels along with local newspapers. This individial Doug Harless served two years in Texas state prision in the late 90`s for interfering with child services dept. KENTUCKY MURDER SUSPECT CAPTURED IN SEVILLE

Charged in the death of her newborn baby boy, 36-year-old Kathy A. Harless has been eluding Kentucky law enforcement authorities for nearly a year. Her life on the run ended Monday evening after a tip led Volusia County Sheriff’s investigators and the FBI to a campground in Seville.

Harless was charged with the death of her baby after authorities in Grayson County, Kentucky found the baby’s body while cleaning out a septic tank at a flea market in Leitchfield. According to court records, the body was discovered on April 9, 2001. The Leitchfield Police Department developed Harless as a suspect in the case. While she denied that the baby was hers, a court-ordered DNA test showed that Harless was the mother. She was indicted for murder in July of last year, but by that time, officials said Harless had fled the state. Officials said she spent time in South Carolina, Pennsylvania and Florida. But it was Saturday’s broadcast of America’s Most Wanted that generated the critical tip that led to Harless’ capture.

On Monday, the FBI contacted the Sheriff’s Office, saying a tipster who saw the case featured on Saturday’s program called to report that Harless was staying at a trailer at the Pine Island Marina and Campground in Seville. Investigators with the Sheriff’s Office and FBI arrested Harless at the campground at about 6 p.m. Monday evening. Harless is being held without bond at the Volusia County Branch Jail in Daytona Beach on charges of murder and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. She also faces additional charges in Kentucky of tampering with physical evidence, concealing the birth of an infant and abuse of a corpse. Authorities have no local charges on Harless, and arrangements are being made to return her to Kentucky to face the criminal charges there.

Murder Suspect Arrested After TV Show

SEVILLE, Fla. – A Kentucky woman accused of killing her baby a year ago was arrested Monday evening at a campground after her crime and subsequent year on the run was featured on “America’s Most Wanted.”

Authorities said Kathy A. Harless, 36, was wanted by authorities in Grayson County, Ky., for the death of a baby whose body was discovered last April in a flea market septic tank in Leitchfield.

At the time, Harless denied the baby was hers, but a court-ordered DNA test confirmed she was the mother, and in July she was indicted for murder. By then, she had already fled the area, authorities said.

Saturday’s showing of “America’s Most Wanted” highlighted Harless, and officials soon received a tip that allowed Volusia County sheriff’s investigators and FBI agents to arrest her at the campground.

According to campground owner Mary Solomonson, Harless had been staying there since August.

Harless was held without bail in the Volusia County Branch Jail pending extradition to Kentucky, where she faces murder and other charges.
