need a picture of a coupe in deepwater blue, as I am contemplating going with this color on my 67, the higher resolution the better as I want to feel like I am standing right next to it. I am usually about originality, but I just can't have three red cars. thanks in advance jason.:beers:

At least one of you has a Deepwater Blue Metallic 67. Help me decide on this color. JN
This car is not mine, it is a car that I saw over a year ago on ClassicCarsOnline.ca . It is a '67 Beaumont SD-396 in Deepwater Blue.

Thanks Bill. Nice elky, it looks like the lower body color is flatter/darker than the rest, or is it just my eyes and the picture. I think I've decided on this color, the extra prep in the bodywork to ensure such a dark color won't reveal it; I'm not looking forward too. What do you guys think base/clear or a single stage enamel, not a show car sooooo........JN

Thanks JN! The Elky was sold a couple of years ago...hense my screen name. :waving:
The complete car is the same color...it's just the shadow/angle of the photo.
This was done in BC/CC, which IMO is the only way to go.
Just don't go cheap on the clear...use a quality coating.
