1970 LS5 M22 What is the best way to pull the left exhaust manifold, car has A/C and P. Steering, Thinking about pulling Z bar and see if it will go out the back

When I replaced my manifolds, I had to unbolt the motor mount and jack up the engine to get enough clearance to remove it through the back. My car is also an automatic though, so you might have more items to move around.

I don't have AC.But do have PS and 4sp.I think the best way to pull it would be to remove or detach intermediate steering shaft.Thats how I do it. Jim
