Bought a used bumper for my 66 el camino, looks pretty good, but has usual oxidation and roughness. Can this be polished out or soda ballasted? ANy help would be appreciated

Dan, The oxidation will come off with some elbow grease and some Mother's polish, Or some Old #7 polish.

If it's pitting, not much can be done about that other than rechrome.
