9D is the month and week built, 9=Sept, d=4th week
65-13838 - 1965 Chevelle Malibu SS 2 dr sport coupe
BF - Plant code for Fremont CA Assembly
1309 - Body number, 1,309 13837 body style built
710 - SS Saddle tan bucket seats
C - seat color code
CC A - Ermin White with black paint top
ACC - Accessories (Fisher Body installed only and will not inclide what Chevy installed)
A49 - Front seat belts with retractors
5011 - Interbal plant identification number

I think Mike got everything correct except the colors. This has a three letter paint code where the third letter is the wheel color.
CC = upper and lower color Ermine White
A = wheel color black
With black wheels, this car probably had full size wheelcovers with white wall tires.

I believe the "C" behind the trim code (710) is the interior trim color (saddle tan), not necessarily seat color. Seat color (and seat style) is the 710 code. Having the trim color as well as wheel colors was exclusive to Fremont for 1965.
