I seen a baldwin hood for sale awhile back and it went for over 700.00.And I loved the look of that hood.I've been looking all over the net for one,or a place tha make repro hoods like that, and have had no luck, does anybody know anywhere to buy a 69 chevelle baldwin motion hood.

Hmm,i've never seen a "baldwin" hood but i did like the looks of the dick harrel hoods. They were modified SS hoods with scoops in the front.

A bladwin hood looks like the 60's corvette hoods,if you do a chevelle baldwin motion search it will bring up different websites that sale models and some of them show a picture of the car with the hood on it,it has a scoop in the center and a hump that starts at the front of the hood and goes into the scoop,it is a bad ass hood, but it is hard to explain and even harder to find.

I believe that you could purchase several designs. one had the coevette L-88 scoop. another had the 67 corvette stinger scoop molded on. I have a magazine article that shows a ss hood with what looks like the stinger scoop molded on. I was yold that it was a 1 off custom. there was some discussion on this on the yenko board. good luck mike
