i have heard alot of guys using por under the car but what can i use on the floor inside? any recommendations?.

Por -15 if you prepare the surface correctly.

A cheaper solution that worked for me, was a can of Rust-oleum brushed on. This won't give you quite the protection of POR-15, but i'm not sure you need all that protection inside the car, and it's much cheaper.
