hello,i am trying to figure out how the lower bracket on the rear bumper gets bolted to the body.i had a new trunk put in.in the rear of the car the holes are there for the upper brackets and the hole is there for the lower bracket.the upper brackets have nuts on them the lower one does not also the hole in the bottom is blind it doesn't go all the way through.is there supposed to be a nut welded some where for the lower bracket?any help would be great. thanks.

Good morning! I know this was posted about 7 years ago but I wanted to ask how this turned out for you as I seem to be in the same boat. I had to farm out alot of work due to deployments. My trunk trailing pan had been replacement, went to mount the rear bumper last night and found I am missing the welded nuts for the lower brackets. Trying to think of the best way to approach this.
