Looking for a good rebuild shop in Southeastern pa for rebuilding my borg warner 4 speed manual trans on my 67 (396) chevelle. It constantly slips out of gear when slowing down. I was considering rebuilding myself - but not quite sure what I will get in to. (never done it before). Need some advice on what to do - where to go - where to get parts (if I can do it myself).

If it's stock it's a Muncie. Does it pop out of every gear? Make sure your shifter is right before you get worried about the trans.

It is not stock. It is a Borg Warner - I have it out on my table. It slips out of every gear when I let up on the gas. Otherwise it shifts smooth and seems fine.
