I would like to know if there is a company that is producing floorpans for 65 El Caminos specifically or if pans for a chevelle need to be modified (if this is even possible). The piece that makes up the lower portion of the back cab below the window on the inside of the car is also fairly rotten. Is there a piece for this also?

The floor pans in your Elky are identical to the Chevelle. Full length Chevelle pans can be used by cutting them just after the rear foot wells. The front sections can be used with no modification.
If you remove the rear panel in the cargo bed, you will find the clamps for where a rear seat would mount on a Chevelle.
All of the reproduction companies carry these pieces (Ground-Up, our TC sponsor for one). The lower wall section is not available as far as I know.
