I have 64 ss that should have had power 4 wheel drums but someone converted the fronts to disc. rotors measure 10" diameter and spindles have part number 459755 LH (left) stamped. also 341 is stamped. the backing plates are some i have never seen before. the calipers are huge single piston with no distinguishing markings. appreciate any direction or info some one may have.

If the steering arms are cast to the spindle, I'd say most likely 70s/80s G-body Monte or Malibu. If the steering arm is bolt on, it's probably chevelle, but should measure almost 11", not 10"

Have you got two left hand spindles on the car? :D
Don't know what they came off, but if they are designated left and right, they are not the commonly used 68-72 A-body brakes. Left and right spindles are identical on those, as the bolted steering arm can be mounted either way.
You could post a picture, I'm sure someone will be able to identify them for you.

thanks for the replies. the right spindle is 459756 RH, GM28, should have stated that before. if it helps the caliper piston is 2 3/8" diameter. remeasured the discs and they are closer to 10 1/2" diameter. pix attached.

Looks like G-body. I don't know part #s, but a 10" rotor with caliper bracket and steering arm cast to it would be either G-body or S-10. 2nd Gen Camaros were similar, but had 11" rotors.
I wouldn't use them. Too many bad side-effects... turning radius, bump-steer, and rotors that are too small, so you'll get brake-fade.

thanks derek, will look for appropriate spindles and brakes.
