Ive decided to freshen up the original 307 some instead of continue to spend money on building a 350 bottom end i have.. The car is 100% original with 54,000 miles so i figured I would put it back in. The timig chain had jumped on the 307 and i have a brand new 350 timing gear and chain. Will it work for the 307?

Yes, it will work. You might want to check the valves to make sure a piston didn't slap them. Just my .02
