I AM RESTORING A YENKO CHEVELLE. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THE CORRECT DRIVESHAFT MARKINGS SHOULD BE. IF IT MATTERS THE CAR IS A 4SPEED

Do you have the build sheet? If so, check the box marked prop. shaft- it will give you the abbreviations for the colors of the stripes. I can't help you with the order they were painted or how many stripes there were.

i can't tell you what the markings are but maybe this will help. i recently restored mine on my chevelle and found them in 2 places. the first one was on the build sheet. the build sheet will tell you the color of the bands. the second was on the driveshaft itself. i cleaned it and there they were.
