Does anyone have a clever idea of removing loose grime or possibly minor rust from inside of frame rails where they curve up over the rear-end. I'd planned on spraying with Eastwoods Encapsulator with make-shift wand, but want to remove any loose debris. I do have a power sprayer, but not sure if that will do enough. Any input would be appreciated. Great BB by the way.

no, thats why i'm dipping my frame. you could try squirting a rust coverter like por-15's metal ready up there. also maybe find a big round wire brush pipe cleaner to scrub the walls.???

i took a wire wheel, stuck it on one of those extensions, slapped it in an air drill and had at it, you wont get it all, but the loose stuff, eastwoods 'oxysolve' i found was some of the best stuff to stabilize rust

Thanks for the responses guys, I will probable get a big brush thats used for sweeping chimneys, I really do not have a rust problem, it is more preventative maint. I've had this car since 1976, and it has been kept inside. Can't wait for spring http://www.chevelles.com/forum/smile.gif
