Anyone have one? I have to return some parts to them and they want to charge me 20% re-stock, so I opted for credit instead. I need a new front bumper, so I guess I was wondering overall quality?

Ok another ?...how can I tell if my bumper now is NOS? It would be $225 to re-chrome.
