I have been doing some research on this head gasket. Its a embossed shim and is compressed to .015" and has a bore size of 4.100"

It seem alot of guys are running these on aluminum heads, with copper spray. Al the vendors who sell them recommend you use them on iron heads only. So I'm confused if they are OK.

I would be using them motor that has 3000 miles and aluminum heads.

Yes, No? I'm not sure. Should I play it safe and use the GM .028 head gaskets?

Only gasket I'll use. Unless I need to lower compression for some reason. I don't use the copper spray.
