Are the bucket seats from a 67 Chevelle the same as the buckets used in an Elky? And if so, Will they fit into my 71 Elky?
I dont have the console yet, But i plan to get one soon. Mine came with a bench seat....

the chevell and El Camino bucket seats are the same for each year, but do change from year to year. There is a chance the seats will interchange because the seat bolt patterns didn`t change that much. you`ll just have to try it.

I think 66 and 67 seats are different. I know the seat tracks are different. We've had several people try to install 69 to 72 buckets in their 64 to 67 model cars, but found that the seats sat too high on one side. I think that in order to use the earlier seats, you'll have to use shims and spacers under the seat tracks.
The 66 seats rarely ever had headrests, which were standard on seats for a 71, if you want year model correctness.
They will probably work, but will take a little extra engineering.
