I have a 69chevelle that has been sitting around for a few years, mostly due to no money. I want and it needs a frame off restore. The biggest problem I have is that the person that owned it before me replaced the fake leather top and when they did they didn't install it correctly and water got under it. So most of my roof is gone now and the drivers side drip rail is gone and part of the passenger side is gone. I really like the crome strip that goes on the drip rail but as it seems now I am stuck smoothing them out. I can do just about anything machnical, maybe not as fast as others but was thinking maybe I should take the body in for work.
I guess my biggest problem is I don't know where to start.

I think this will get better responses in bench racing so im going to ship it there
