CR Sep 2nd, 00, 2:20 PM I was just wondering I am doing my own body work, but the rear quarters need to be replaced. I was wondering if a bodyshop would weld them on for me with out wanting to paint them. and how much would tis cost. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks RickS Sep 2nd, 00, 4:56 PM I'm having this done on my 67 (hopefully soon). A few months ago, I stopped by a body/paint place that obviously did 100% insurance work and they wouldn't do it. Then I stopped by a little shop on my way home from work that had a couple of old cars sitting around. I didn't have the Chevelle with me but the guy estimated $350 for the one side. If they do a bad job on this very critical job.......it wouldn't be worth it if they payed YOU the lousy $350.
