Whats up guys, I'm looking to buy a vintage battery for my father in law. His ride is a 1970 SS 454. I searched around the sight but couldn't find it. I just figured I would register and ask the experts right out. I'm not a noob to forums and used the search button quite extensively before posting. If any other info on the car is needed for a correct answer please let me know. I'll post it up ASAP. If you guys do know what I'm looking for a point in the right direction as far as vendors would also be a great help. Thanks ahead of time for any help.

The T-60 HD battery was used on 1970 454 LS-5 & LS-6 Chevelle. It was the Delco R79W side terminal battery.
In box #49 of the buildsheet,it will show R59 for the Standard Top Post,or R79W,for the New side terminal HD upgrade. I believe you can get these reproduction batteries in dry cell form.
