Sounds like your bushings. maybe worn, if poly type need grease ???

how would I go about adding grease to it? will I have to take that right side of the tire off?

Thats only if you have the polyurethane type bushings and those get greased when there installed. If you have plain rubber bushings there probably worn out. Your front sway bar bushings can squeek loud also. If rubber there probably worn. if poly remove and grease and reinstall.

My son's 70 chevelle would squeak like that, so every once in a while he would squirt some pbblaster all over the top of the control arms and it would go away.

Which eliminates the noise, but does nothing to repair the damaged bushings that cause it. The rotted bushings will cause alignment 'n' handling problems, too.

The ONLY fix for rotted rubber bushings is to replace them. I use polyurethane when it's available. Much less hassle to install, and they last longer.

My son's 70 chevelle has been squeaking on occasin for the last 5 years, he races a couple of times each summer, but it's a driver, he just squirts that pb blaster on it probably once or twice a summer and it goes away, his car handles and drives really nice, to replace those bushings just because they squeak a little, I don't think so, plus he's got rubber instead of poly and it rides really nice.
Putting poly in a suspension because it lasts longer, most of the rubber bushings put in these 35 year old cars must have lasted 20 years or so, and poly bushings in certain applications is warranted, but on a daily driver. My neighbor is a offroader and he says there getting away from poly because they break to much stuff.
But that was a good thing telling him he might need to replace some bushings, makes him aware of taking care of his car.
