Right foot only. Left foot is intended for use on the clutch. So right foot is calibrated with fine motor skills and left foot is calibrated with gross motor skills. And whatever you do, never ever let that left loose on something that requires finesse in pushing.

Both, but not at the same time... In a manual car, Right is brake and gas, left is clutch, in an auto, right is gas and sometimes brake, left is the brake the rest of the time.

I learned to drive two footed with an auto. When you enter a corner and are still on the brake with your left you gas it so it'll downshift to power out of the apex... Only auto I own now is my beater truck and I don't drive it hard, so I don't need to two foot it, but it's an old habit and sometimes I still use the left for a brake.
