: Frame body mount holes

I have a 68 Chevelle. I have the body off the frame and have removed the bushings. Considering the rust I have found hiding on this car, I wasn't very surprised to find the mount holes rusted as well. Does anyone know of a repair kit &/or how to go about repairing this. My main concern is having the bushings fit tight in the irregular holes. I spent hours reading through the forums for some help. Thanks in advance for your advise.

I had the same problem on my 66 SS, I bought washers from Mcmaster-Carr. Of course since I've finished mine there is an after market supplier that has gathered the different size washers and is selling them as a kit. I had to go look it up quick to be sure. It's OPG part #C210159 and is going for $39.95. Hope that's what you needed.

Thank you for your reply. I looked at my Part magazines for those parts. Forgot about my OPG magazine. Dug it out and found the parts. Thanks again. http://www.chevelles.com/forum/biggrin.gif
