It's just a simple form so should be trouble free. What was the problem?

Thanks. That did it. The trouble I had was in the team store.

The Team Store is separate from the forums and if you have never registered in there, you will need to do so in order to order/renew.

Once you click on the renewal link in your email, you will have the option of using the store or the "Quick renewal" form.
