I have a set of the simulated mag hubcaps (Z16) in need of restoration. Does anyone know where I can get these restored? Someone that does pot metal and stainless. I got a quote for $1600 and almost fell over.

if $1600 is to make all 4 caps show quality, I'd jump at it. I know that sounds insane, but these caps are nearly impossible to find in show quality and the dings on the outer rings take a bunch of labor to remove.
A place called Finishing Touch does this kind of work, but you I doubt you'll get all 4 done for $1600.
You might keep looking. I spent a few years buying these caps till I ended up with 4 I could live with.
