I just really want to know the difference in the bodys. For one I know it has a different hood and grill. But what about the SS emblems on the body. How many are emblems there and where are they located. Thanks

Brian- the grill is the same on a ss or a malibu (same part number) however the two middle chrome accent strips are not used, and there is an ss emblem in the center of the grill. there is also a ss emblem on each front fender behind the wheel opening and slightly lower than the top of the opening. if the ss was a small block car or a 396 car there was not a ci displacement emblem applied. if it was a 454 car the 454 emblem was located below each ss emblem on the fenders. on the rear bumper right in the ceter (above the license plate) there is also a ss emblem. some not all ss cars had ss emblems on each interior door panel (some had emblems that said malibu) hope this is what you needed.
