I'm replacing the trunk floor on my 69 SS and when I cut the old floor out, I discovered the brace that the rear bumper bolts to is rotted out on the drivers side. Anyone have an idea where I can find a replacement, or do I need to have this piece fabbed?? :confused: I have attached pics of the area I'm talking about. Thanks, John

If its the brace thats behind the trunk floor that the lower bolts of the bracket use, your out of luck. They don't make a repo one. I had the same problem with mine, got a used one from the guys at Sundells. Am still in the process of putting eberything back. If you buy a used one try to see it first, I live close enough to Sundells to go and see the parts, and it makes a big difference in what you'll get.
