I am buying a zz502 and having sallee do a cam change and roller rockers on it. The new cam is a crane 230/236 exh-598/610 lift is this cam that much bigger and better then the stock cam that comes in the 502. They are crower stainless steel roller rockers. Crane cam part# is 168761

Also what size TQ converted should i go with

The stock ZZ502 cam is 224/234@.050 .527/.544 lift on 110LSA so that cam is somwhat bigger on duration, but much more aggressive lobes give it a bunch more lift. I'd have to say go with a 2800-3000 stall converter depending on what gears you have and how much your car weighs.

Bump also how can i tell what gears i have.
