The guy who was helping me with my body work dillemas was also restoring a COPO CHevelle. His is done and will be going to Barrett Jackson in Jan. Daytona yellow W/Malibu trim. One if a handfull of COPO Chevelles that came this way. Complete numbers matching drivetrain, buildhseets and POP. Very original car before a extensive frame off resto.

Hmmm..... You've got me on the Malibu exterior chrome & argent paint. I do remember seeing a Daytona Yellow '70 Yenko Deuce that had the custom exterior moldings, (rocker, lower door & back panel) and it was a 1-off that was factory produced.

Very Cool car!!! Be interesting to see what is brings.
