Is it true valves need adjusted often on this engine? I have had a few people tell me this. I am putting this engine in a 70 chevelle but if this true I may change my mind. What is your opinion? Thanks

Are the lifters Hydraulic or solid? If they are hydraulic they should never need adjusted after breaking in a new cam. If they are solid it depends on how much you drive, I've used a solid cam in a small block daily driver and adjusted them every 3-4 months, some people do it more often, it comes down to what they need. The first thing is to determine what you have.
