I cracked this when installing a bracket.... (I know... add it to the "Stupid Things I've Done List")

Since the bracket (serpentine) uses both bolts, I probably dont need it....
Can I put sealant on the bolt and torque it lightly??
Should I try to fix it? Is it no big deal??
HELP!

I would run a little sealant on the treads and torque it lightly. If you dont seal it, you will leak oil and know.

Under normal conditions, all you would have is a short 3/8 bolt in there, goes through to the fuel pump rod.
I would put a stud in there, Loctite the dog in and be done with it. Watch the length so it won't lock up the fuel pump rod.
