I finally have it narrowed down to two: 97 Viper Blue or 96 Dark Cloisonne blue. I was just wondering if anyone out there had any pictures of chevelles painted these colors. I'll probably go with white stripes, but am wondering if black might show up.

Derek69SS has a 69 chevelle painted the later color. I know the car very well, from the backside anyway watching it lurch forward as my truck slams into her

Anyway drop him a line he has a few pics posted or even try doing a search. I do believe he posted some about a few weeks ago after he got the quarter repainted...Eric

Have you ever considered the blue that was on the Grand Sport Corvettes? Beautiful color.

I painted my 69 with a Ford blue. I believe it was called Royal blue but I'm not 100% sure. I know the paint code was 'KM' though. Turned out great IMO.

Dont rely on pictures too much, the real color rarely comes through true. For example, take a look in the Stolen section and look at my 67. The color in that picture looks more like a blue mixed with grey, when in reality it was a mix between Dodge Viper blue and Dodge truck blue. Definately get codes and go look at a paint chip book. The code for my paint is Dupont Chrysler 2001 PB3.

Good Luck
