I heard you can get the reproduction exhaust manifolds for a camero 396 and they will fit fine in a Chevelle--is this true or does anyone know where a decent set for a 67 can be purhased for under $300--if so reply to ST34ROD@AOL.COM ASAP need to get this project done fast !! Thanks Doug

I don't have a cheap source of manifolds, but I can say that engine for engine, the Chevelle does share the exhaust manifolds with the Camaro & Nova. The full size B-body cars from '65 - '70 used different manifolds and won't fit due to underhood clearances (crossmembers etc.). Perhaps a post-'71 full size could also yield a set of manifolds. I'll have to verify the casting #s. If I can find them I will follow up.
