The floor and trunk pans on my '67 need to be replaced along with some supports. I've never done this particular job before so I've never purchased replacement pans. Would like some advice on the best suppliers for these parts. Also appreciate any tips or do's and don'ts regarding the replacement process. Thanks!

It's been over a decade since I did mine, so I'll let others comment on suppliers.
I did both front floors and all three trunk sections plus trunk frame braces on my 67. I was 20-21 years old at the time. This was before they made trunk water troughs and floor pan braces, so I had repair mine rather than replace. Anyway, with very little experience or knowledge, I was able to pull this off by going slow, measuring often and taking my time. I had the help of an older friend with a welder, but he was not a body shop guy and hadn't done that sort of work either (although he did know his way around cars).
The best compliment I got was when an experience body man saw the work when it was nearly finished and said that it was well done, very professional looking.
The point is, i I could pull this off, you can too. Just go slow, replace one piece at a time, and measure carefully.

I did my '67 floors not to long ago and i got the goodmark ones (full length). they fit pretty good but they werent perfect. this was my first time doing something like this so i didnt know how much work it would be to get the new pans to match up. they did need a little work done but it wasnt to bad. I just did one side at a time and took my time. the second floor went a lot faster and easier than the first one. My floor supports were good so i didnt need to replace them, i just sandblasted the rust off and painted it. After i got them welded in i seamsealed both top and bottom with some 3M stuff. I got quite a few good comments from ppl that seen it, and for being only 16 and first time doing this type of work i dont think i did too bad. As for the trunk pans, i got the goodmark 7 piece set but havent put it in yet. Well i hope this helps.

I recently completed the installation of full length floor pans on my 67. About the only thing that I wasn't happy about is the rear seat hump area, it definately isnt stamped correctly otherwise, it fit pretty much like a glove. These were Dynacorn pieces, but unless you find an american part. All companies carry the same pieces from overseas and slap their part number on it.

I thought goodmark stuff was all made in the US, but a sticker on my floor pans said they were made in some other place, i dont remember what country it was, but i know it wasnt US.

I did a left floor pan and trunk pans on a 67. I got my pans from Ground up and they were OK. My body people are pretty good, so it worked.
