I have
Read and the follow instructions, not to hard.

Bill - check out my post from last saturday. Took me 9 hours to do the driver's side. Mostly because I didn't have a grinder. Once I threw the drill across the garage floor and drove to the hardware store to buy a grinder attachment for my drill, I sailed through the rest of the job. It did turn out great though, EXCEPT for one goof...I can't get one hinge bolt to go all the way in. I did the job the hard way --with the front fender on. Since I still have to do body work and paint, I didn't mind the risk, but if your paint job is good, I wouldn't risk doing it without taking the front fender off. The hassle (to rookies like me) is that you have to dissassemble half the car to get the front fender off. The end result is great; by replacing those two little pins, I now have a door with equal clearance on all sides and opens and closes smoothly.

Why not unbolt the door from the hinge?
Drive out the pins from the hinge.
Leave the one half of the hinge still bolted to car when getting serviced.

With the door out of the way it should take you no longer then 1 hr. I do the pins and bushings on late model chevy trucks in about 15-20 mins
