I am ready to sandblast and powdercoast my 1970 frame. Can anyone share good or bad experiences? Can anyone recommend a shop/ company in the Cincinnati area? Thanks

With proper sandblasting, you should be very pleased with the end results. The only thing you have to keep in mind is the condition of the frame. Powdercoating will fill small pits, but anything major will still show through. You can't do any prep other than the blasting because body filler, etc. won't take the 400 degree oven the part gets baked in.

I would also remove the crossmember so the mounting areas on the frame get blasted and coated.
