just looking for some info . i am about to repace both rear quarters on my 67 ss and i have had people tell me i would haft relead the sail panels . i have never done a full quarter befor can i just glass back in or do i need to lead it back in. if so can some one explain it thanks mikess396.

MartinSR has some great tips on putting on 1/4's, do a search.
You do not have to lead them in, welding and glass will be fine. Newer cars are bondo so why not??

I Just Put A Right Rear Quarter On My 69 Chevelle. We Spot Welded The Sail, Then Glassed It, Then Sanded It Smooth. Looks Great. Did You Have To Replace Any Of The Inner Wheel Well/
