What is a good name brand to use for repainting the reflective area of the tail light housings? What is the best way to do it? Does this stuff need to be sprayed in light coats to keep it from running? Any and all tips will be appreciated

I probably should keep my .02 to myself, 'cuz I can't answer your question. But it reminded me of something we used to do when young(er). We'd put tin foil in there to give the light more of a "twinkling" effect. http://www.chevelles.com/forum/cool.gif If you're going for a concours resto, you don't want to do that, but it might look kind of cool in that big '69 taillight housing. http://www.chevelles.com/forum/biggrin.gif

I've heard that the memory is the second thing to go.
I don't remember what the first thing is!?

DaDon:
I could see myself trying that. I like the blue Dot affect but I will not put them in my tail light lens. Sound like a cool mod to try, I think I will try it on the camaro this weekend just to see what it looks like. Anyone else know anything about the paint though???

Why do the job only once?
I'm usually quicker the third time :)
Just use the "chrome" spray paint.
