Added jet extensions with notched float hoping to better 1.56 60 footer! My question is will these extensions pull more fuel with same jets(other than 60 foot motion)?A freind and fellow racer thought he heard somewhere that with extensions it will run richer jetting being same! Any thoughts and experiences are appreciated. thanks much, AL

I wouldn't think so. The jet is still the restriction. if anything i would think it would need more jet because the gas has to travel further after being restricted.

There are also the BG jet extensions that fit over the jet and make a funnel to the jet, but i dont like them. They were more of a pain on my car and i just took them off again.

The only reason I would see it being richer would be now it gets fuel where it didn't before(launch).
