Does anyone know if you can use bondo on a small crack on a hardwood fiberglass front end? Thank you very much.
Steve.

If you have a crack in glass you need to determin what caused it first. To repair a small hole 1/8" on each end will stop the spread of the crack. Grind and glass over the section finish with filler and paint. I found this out the hard way untill I was told this trick.

You can use plasitc filler (BONDO) to smooth out irregularities over sound fiberglass. BUT NOT expect bondo to act as a REPAIR in cracked fiberglass. This need's an application of glass cloth/resin to repare the structural integiority of the peice B-4 plastic (BONDO).
