: Chrome paint on plastic dash vents??

I was thinking about touching up the center dash vents on my 70 Malibu. These vents (body that surrounds the vanes) are chromed plastic.

I was thinking of using Testors spray chrome paint since the vents are plastic. Is there an automotive aerosol? Anyone have any suggestions?

DG,

I used Testors spray chrome on mine and it did a decent job. I masked all the black and sprayed it assembled. I did about 6 light coats letting it tack dry between coats, this eliminated sags/runs. Patience and take your time!

Good Luck!

So far the best I've seen is Eastwood's "Reflective Aluminum".It's pretty shiny but it dosen't really reflect.
