ok have a set if 4 road wheels that look like the 69-70 SS wheels but the came off a late 70's Buick so they are the same almost but w/o the trim rings. right? thay are 14's. they need the centers blacked out. and I have new repo SS centers for them. some one offered me $175 for them but I thought more like $200. what should I get for them.

I'd take the offer for $175 and put the money in my wallet. Close enough to $200 for me.

I would sell them .buick wheels have concave spokes i pay 10.00 bucs each for them at the yard.
