Question about your question: Did shoulder belts come with your car?

I've never figured out how to take them all apart. I drop them in a bucket of hot soapy water over night and start scrubbing the next day. Rinse and hang to dry. You'd be surprized at how dirty the water gets and how good the belts look. If you need to get the buckles rechromed or the belts have fuzz on them from wear you might just have to buy a new set from Snake Oil in Dallas. Be sitting down when they quote you a price!

If they are the deluxe buckles, simply pop off the cover with a small screwdriver on the short side of the cover. It'll fall apart in your hand after that.
