So Bob, how do you like those 295/65 M/T's?

Bob West

I like em, they flat hook, first pass on them was 1.62, then pretty consistent 1.53-1.55 with a 1.52 thrown in there with good track conditions. I say pretty consistent for a TNT track. I'd like to throw a set of 275's on there to see if it hooks with them also, would have me crossing around 6500+ though, which aint too bad.

Thanks Guys... I thought that was pretty cool of Craig to put my car on their home page.

You know what was even cooler? That picture showed me that I was getting a lot more body seperation in the back than what I thought it was doing, which I think explains why it was loading and unloading a little. I think my shocks were topping out, I'm going to raise them up an inch or two and see if that makes any difference in the 60'. That picture might be worth a bit of ET :-)

Creative Flow Management - http://www.cfmperformance.com , Mike did the heads and intake on the car.

Go read my posts about getting my Nova to hook right. Some say....you need MORE seperation...others say it's fine.
Go figure.
Are you running CalTrac bars like I asked before? Springs?
Again, nice numbers. I could get there with maybe a 400 shot...but I hate driving over the crank!

It looks good John. The traction is just about perfect if you ask me. I believe you'll get your eight second run next time out.

If the photographer was faster it would be more air under the tires, several reports of 6-7" of air :D, I need to find me a video camera operator in a bikini;)

Yes, Cal-Tracs, well actually they are my homemade version of a Cal-Trac, pretty similar but I made a few changes to the basic design. The springs are Calvert Split Monos, QA1 single adjustables.

Bob I'll volunteer to be on your selection committee for the video camera operator :-)

Congrats, impressive times.

So that is on bottle? what shot?

That was a real soft 300 shot, first pass on it. It'll run a bit faster with some fine tuning on this level I'm pretty sure.

Looks good! Thanks for the response.
What kind of 60ft times? And what does it run off the bottle?

Ron...............your combo would be ideal for some squeeze...........why not give it a try?

I'm considering it. I run heads up against Nitrous and Turbo cars, and even though I held my own this year, next year will take mid/low nines.
I know very little about using spray however, and just how much the engine will handle.

On the motor 1.54 60', on the bottle on the 9.09 pass, 1.43 - 1.40 60' with a real soft launch on the progressive controller. It runs 10.10@136 on the motor with nitrous gearing/converter.
