Thanks for all the "welcomes", now i feal warm and fuzzy...hahahaha. I guess i am buying the beer. Anyways i am looking forward to getting to know some of you gear heads and hopefully meet a few @ some shows, swap meets, cruis - in's ect. If you look In my profile there is a link to a buddies website that has pics of both my cars. I have had the chevelle for about 11 years, second owner. Its just a malibu but it has some cool options; factory buckets seats, center council, a.c, power steering, power brakes, pearl interior. Few upgrades include disk brake set up: Hotchkis tubular upper a-arm, b body spindles and calipers, 1LE Fbody rotors, and g-body outer tie-rods. The set up works very well and looks good to with the boyd coddingtons that i am running. Other suspension goodies include metco upper and lower control arms in the back, Hotchkis springs in front, big block springs in back. Car had a full frame off done in 1996. O 'by the way I do some powder coating on the side if anyone is interested, I can only do what will fit in a house hold oven. The berger Camaro is one of 2 concept cars built and its the only 99 built, it was actually Dennis Barkers car who worked for Berger Cheverolet and was one of the key players behing the berger camaro program, but thats another story. More later, i got to get to work. Does everyone have pics? I want to see some cool cars....woooohooooo

WELCOME to the BEST site on the net. Look around, lots of pic links in the posts and lots of people here that love Chevelles. If you didn't already know, there is an annual event that is in Tennessee in the Nashville area. Look in the Cruise-In forum for more info on that, it draws about 400+ cars each year.

Welcome, this is the best site on the internet. We sometimes disagree, we sometimes really disagree, but as far as a great bunch of guys possessing the world's combined knowledge is concerned, and even some stuff about chevelles, you've come to the right place.

Welcome Aboard!
This is a great site, with lots of input. and info.

but....

'just' a Malibu ??????

Nothing wrong with them at all. At least we know they are not clones. Or has someone bought a 'SS' and turned it into a 'Malibu' and I mssed it? I will have to check Ebay.

Enjoy the site, and your ride.

Unfortunately, mine is slated for the wheel stands this weekend. Winter is just around the corner up here. It has been a great summer, but time to shut the 'tours' down.

Hope everyone enjoyed their ride this year. For those that can go year round, I envy you. The rest of us are thinking of winter projects.

That is a nice looking chevelle. It's good to see someone else from Tennessee. What area are you in? I'm in Portland, about 30 miles north of Nashville.

Oh nothing much really, just a little thing called Chevellabration! Do a little searching for chevellabration and you will learn a whole lot about what happens there each year.

By the way, welcome  :D
