I posted this a while back without a response, and before I hop to bench racing or performance, I'll try it again here.
I am having trouble finding 66 Malibu rocker panels. The only ones I seem to find are the ribbed ones off an SS. Can anyone direct me to a shop that sells repo parts?
Do you think the SS ones would look OK on a modified Malibu.
Thanks Dan

I don't know where you might find such panels, but you might try using a subject line that tells people what you need.
I usually don't click on posts that give no hint of the content in the topic line.
I know the above might seem cold, but it's not meant to be. Just trying to give a friendly tip. I don't think anyone would be upset if you put up another post with a different topic line.
I have a few catalogs from uncommon suppliers. I'll check to see if they have the rockers you're looking for.
You could also try the wanted section if you can't find a supplier.

I found something. Impala Bob's in Mesa, AZ.
I scanned the page out of the catalog so I could email it to you, but you have that feature turned off in your preferences.
Send me an email landrycj@bellsouth.net and I'll shoot you a copy so you can see if it's exactly what you need or not.

Dan, I am in Scottsdale (101 & FLW). I have 66 rocker panel covers that came off my 66 (not an SS). They are used and in need of some repair, but I think they are fixable.
If you want to come and look at them let me know, I will let them go for $40.

Chad, Well that's ok, but last time I put what I wanted in the subject and nobody responded, and this time I have a lot of good information. Go figure. http://www.chevelles.com/forum/rolleyes.gif Last post the subject read something like "66 rocker molding..."
Anyway I have an Impala Bob catalog and only see the ribbed ones for an SS. I will call on Monday to verify.
Larry, I will give you a call.
My drivers side is in good shape (needs polishing) the pass has a cut in it, might be fixable I don't know.
Thank you all for your information.

A good metal polishing shop can repair dents and scratches as well as polish better than new. I have seen them repair moldings I thought were junk.
