Are there any differences in the trans tunnel for auto vs. manual trans cars (other than the shifter hump that can be purchased aftermarket)? How about console vs. column shift? I am swapping out my P/G for a manual, and I recently saw some threads on carpet fit for console vs. non-console cars and it got me to thinking ...

The trans tunnel should be the same for auto and manual except the shifter hump. The shifter humps are also different for console and non console cars so you need to decide whether you are going console or not. btw how is Langhorne these days I grew up there and went to Neshaminy HS. back in the day the Levittown Parkway was the place to cruise, but the last time I was there it was all but shut down. Any new cruise spots?

I may be revealing my age here, but I graduated from Maple Point. As far as cruising, I'm not too sure - nothing really happening on the parkway. You see a few nice cars here and there, like at the Dairy Delight across from the MAA ballfields on Woodbourne Rd. There's a Hooters on Street road in Bensalem where some guys get together ocasionally. Every once in a while I'll see a bunch of hotrods going to or coming from some meet that I didn't know about. I should get out more! I remember back in the day, Front St., Patterson Ave. (by the Vet - which is now gone), and Delaware Ave. were the places to go in Philly. There was a lot of racing, and it got a lot of deservedly bad press so, Philly's finest put an end to that. Kirk.

I graduated fro Nesh in 85.
