I just purchased a very complete 65 converetible with a power top. Top is slow to go down and will not go back up under its own power. Pump is working and has power. I suspect not enough hydraulic fluid and too much air in the lines. How do you purge and fill the resevoir?

Process of elimination.......could also be just tired / old hydraulics (cylinders).
