I have my 72 frame having the front and rears being set up.
I have a UMI trailing arms set up (non adjustable). WHen I tried to get it all together, I had a real problem trying to get my shocks on. I noticed that as I jacked up the rearend, the angle of the rear end was really severe, which was twisting the rear end upward like 25 degrees.
I never noticed this when i had the stock arms.
It seems the rear end was really in a bind too.
Ill give a call to the good people at UMI tomorrow and see what is not right...

any Ideas?

The non-adjustable version uses poly bushings no? That would be your answer. Do a search for "poly bushings", specifically related to the rear suspension.

CAlled UMI Performance and talked to Ryan. Good person to deal with. He asked me to measure my trailing arms. they should be:

uppers length- 12"
Lowers length- 24"

actual-
Uppers 13"
lowers 20 3/4"

SO ive got a set for a G body Instead..
I hope he will make good on them, even though I bought them last year, when I had Money....=/

and yeh they are tight....
