Are there any good aerosal primers out there for spot priming on bare metal? Just want to keep from rusting until painting.

Plastikote primer works fine for me..all my paint jobs get a coat of sealer anyway, and I've never had a problem.

Upol is the only aerosol primer i would use. Most spray bomb primers will simply wash off if you hit them with wax& grease remover, shows you how durable it is.

Eastwood sells etch primer in a rattle can. I've been using it as I proceed on my bodywork. May be a bit pricey ($13.95/can) but seems ok. (Not that I have a lot of experience) Go to Eastwoodco.com and you can find it.
